W Y L D I N G  deliver to and offer free standard delivery on all orders within the UK, we deliver worldwide with delivery costs as follows and applied to orders at check out.

Europe: £32

Australia, USA & Canada: £38

W Y L D I N G  accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted on www.wylding.co.uk. We usually dispatch orders from our UK warehouse within 1-2 days, however during busy sales periods it can take a few days longer. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days within the UK, 7- 10 days within the EU and within 17 days in all other territories. We offer free shipping within the UK only.

Usually, if you make your order before 09.00 am GMT we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day. At busier times of year, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take a few days extra due to volumes. We will always send you an email once we have dispatched your order.

If ordering from outside the UK the import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, this is not possible as our carriers require a signature. Please provide full and complete addresses on your order form.

Q: Where will my order ship from?
A: All orders ship from our UK warehouse so we can manage our inventory and quality control.

Q: Is my package insured?
A: All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the W Y L D I N G affiliate warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer is responsible for items during returns and exchanges.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of being dispatched, however depending on where you live this could be up to 17 working days.

Q: Will I have to pay additional tax or import duties on my order?
A: If ordering from outside the UK the import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.

Q: Which countries does W Y L D I N G ship to?
A: We ship worldwide and offer free  shipping within the UK, you will be able to select your country as the shipping destination at the checkout at which point shipping cost will be added to your cart.

 

Returns

We offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery. Refunds exclude any shipping fees including return postage on exchanges however you will not be charged a shipping fee for your replacement garment from our warehouse to a mainland UK address. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you return the items to us folded and in their original packaging.

Items should be returned using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service ensuring that you insure your return for the value of the product. We are not liable for goods lost in transit to us.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may still send it back to us but we will need the original order details, and can only issue a refund to the original purchaser.

International Returns

The Consumer Rights Act 2015
The Consumer Rights Act covers goods and services ordered at home (for example through mail order catalogue, direct selling or online) and digital content. All goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are found to be faulty, you must give a full refund up 30 days after the item was purchased. If goods prove faulty up to six months after purchase and they can't be repaired or replaced, consumers are also entitled to received a full refund in most cases.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange please return your  W Y L D I N G suit in its never worn condition with all labels still in tack to the SN3 5HY address above and request your preferred size and colour in writing using the packing list you received with your garment. Alternatively please email us on hello@wylding.co.uk and we will ping you through a returns/exchanges form.
The cost of returning the garment to us is carried by the customer and it should be sent by registered/signed for delivery as we cannot take responsibility for the retuned garment until it has reached our warehouse. All customs and taxes are the responsibility of the customers for international customers.
