Should you wish to return your WYLDING suit bought through this promotion, running from 20.09.23 to 31.09.23, please be advised that the free hood that you received automatically with this purchase must also be returned as part of this returning package in order to receive your full refund. Should the suit be returned without the promotional hood received at time of purchase the cost of the full, regular, sale price of the hood will be deducted from your refund. This does not affect your ability to exchange your suit size and/or colour in line with our standard exchanges policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to the  W Y L D I N G. online store on, covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with WYLDINGWEAR Limited, hereinafter referred to as W Y L D I N G. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place on

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from  W Y L D I N G  to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on,  W Y L D I N G  will notify you of this by e-mail. We may then suggest an alternative item, or cancel the order in question and refund your purchase. If incorrect price information has been shown on you will be given the opportunity to either purchase the item at the correct price, or cancel the order. W Y L D I N G  reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

To place an order in you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. W Y L D I N G  presumes that minors who carry out purchases on submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

Occasionally there may be information on that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
The prices on constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Outside the UK, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. Discounted items are available as long as they do not run out of stock. Vouchers or discount codes are only valid once per person and purchase and only within the stated period of time, and may not be combined or transferred to another purchase, nor credited to a new item due to an exchange.

W Y L D I N G  reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. W Y L D I N G  accepts and processes the purchase orders in the same succession that they are submitted on We usually dispatch orders from our UK warehouse within 1-2 days, however during busy sales periods it can take a few days longer. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days within the UK, 7- 10 days within the EU and within 17 days in all other territories. We offer free shipping within the UK only.

Usually, if you make your order before 09.00 am GMT we will ship it the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will normally be shipped the next business day. At busier times of year, sales or holidays, the handling of your order may take a few days extra due to volumes. We will always send you an email once we have dispatched your order.

If ordering from outside the UK the import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.


If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. 

Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 20 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

All dispatched items are insured by  W Y L D I N G. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this  W Y L D I N G Customer Care at 

If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.

You are always entitled to return your items within 30 days from the time of delivery. Returns are at the cost of the customer.

For the return to be accepted the returned items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals and labels intact and attached. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

W Y L D I N G  will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Please ensure that you return the items to us folded and in their original packaging.

Items should be returned using a trackable, signed-for, delivery service ensuring that you insure your return for the value of the product. We are not liable for goods lost in transit to us.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may still send it back to us but we will need the original order details, and can only issue a refund to the original purchaser.

W Y L D I N G ensures that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order to us. We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by  W Y L D I N G, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always keep a copy of your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

We cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on, for example, your computer or phone screen, graphics card and the computer settings.
